It all started in the cycles channel. Since 2005 we have worked with the Association of Cycle Traders to develop an expanded range of products and services to benefit ACT members. It was hard work but it was a success. We learned alot.

We recognised that we could make a positive difference to cycle retailers and their businesses. By developing and improving the partnerships which underpin ACT membership and help to form a modern retail trade association. Listening to retailers and putting their feedback into action. Improving communications channels. As a result ActSmart was created and the rest, as they say, is history.
