Q: Is ACT membership automatically included in ActSmart subscription?
A: No, only ActSmart Gold and Platinum subscription incorporate ACT membership. Silver subscription does not incorporate ACT membership.
Q: I only sell bicycles online can I still subscribe to ActSmart?
A:
You are welcome to subscribe to any of the ActSmart subscription packages, but you may not gain full ACT Retail Membership unless you can fulfill the criteria outlined above.
Please check with ActSmart to confirm which products and services are not available to web-only businesses.
Q: Do I still receive the signs of ACT membership when I subscribe to ActSmart?
A: Yes of course. If you are a retailer subscribing to either Gold or Platinum subscription and meet ACT's membership criteria you will receive an ACT membership certificate, window sticker and members web-logo. The ACT member logo will also be linked to your shop in all promotional web listings.
