Association of Cycle Traders
ACT is the only national trade organisation for specialist cycle retailers in Great Britain. With over 830 retail and supply members we represent the diversity of the sector: large or small, rural or urban, race or commuting, traditional or cutting-edge - ACT supports all retailers whilst endeavouring to ensure membership is a valuable investment for each and every business.
Dedicated to Independence
Our mission is to support the future of cycling by representing the entire specialist cycle retail sector to promote its continued development.ACT is a membership organisation providing independent bicycle dealers with essential services which help support, develop and promote their businesses through our partnership with ActSmart.
ACT is also active in developing new initiatives, such as Cytech which provide the entire sector with new opportunities for development and promotion, whilst also endeavouring to support the long term future of cycling.
We also give retailers a voice within industry and Government, ensuring the needs and challenges of independents are understood.
