Job Description
Cyclopolis Ltd is an independent and successful cycle store located in Balham, London with a busy retail store and workshop which requires a full time qualified/experienced mechanic.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and servicing the bicycles at the highest standards
- Prioritising the time, organising and controlling a busy diary of work
- Advising and communicating fully with our customers
Skills/Experience Required
- Extensive previous experience in a busy bike shop or workshop is a necessity for this position
- Excellent technical knowledge
- A genuine passion and interest in cycling
- Sound commercial knowledge
- Strong willingness to learn
- Exceptional customer service
- Good command of English
- Responsible and well organized
- Motivated and team worker
