ACT has been promoting Specialist Cycle Retailers for over 80 years and remains the only organisation dedicated to the specialist independent sector.

ACT is a membership organisation providing independent bicycle dealers with essential services which help support, develop and promote their businesses through our partnership with ActSmart.

ACT is also active in developing new initiatives, such as Cytech, The Cycling Experts, Fetch and Bike Hub which provide the entire sector with new opportunities for commercial development and promotion, whilst also endeavouring to support the long term future of cycling.

We give specialist retailers a voice within industry and Government, ensuring the needs and challenges of independent cycle retailers are understood.

As an organisation with over 800 members we represent the diversity of the sector: large or small, rural or urban, race or commuting, traditional or cutting-edge - ACT supports all specialist cycle retailers whilst endeavouring to ensure membership is a valuable investment for each and every members.
