A: No. We just need to register your details on our system.
Q: Do you offer credit?
A: 30 days credit is available to Gold and Platinum subscribers.
Q: Do I pay extra for delivery?
A: No, all the delivery charges to UK mainland, N.Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands are already included in our prices. If you are ordering from elsewhere please contact us to confirm additional dispatch charges.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays but if its urgent we will do our best to dispatch same day.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Usually 2 - 3 working days.
